Soy Candles

When I started making candles, I decided that I wanted to provide customers the best quality products at reasonable prices.  In researching the various types of wax available, I found that there were not only many different types of wax, but also that there were also many differences between them.

Armed with this information I decided to make only soy candles.  Soy candles are made from soy wax, which is a natural wax with many benefits and is made from soybeans.  It burns cleaner than paraffin wax with little to no soot.  Paraffin wax is a petroleum-based wax with several known carcinogens that are not in soy wax.  Soy wax is also longer burner and biodegradable.

The pictures below show the difference between burning a paraffin candle and burning my soy candles.

Please note that the paraffin candle used was half the size of the soy candle used.
